Service Charges
Service or booking fees paid through HomeTutorCare are generally non-refundable once tutor matching has started.
Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered if:
- Duplicate payment is made.
- Payment is deducted but the order is not created.
- Payment fails but the amount is debited.
- No tutor is assigned within the promised period (where applicable).
Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be provided if:
- The student no longer requires tuition after confirmation.
- A tutor has already been assigned or introduced.
- Trial classes have been completed.
- The parent or tutor cancels after confirmation.
- Incorrect information was provided by the user.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
