Student Cancellation

Students or parents may cancel a tuition request before tutor confirmation without penalty.

If tutor matching has already begun, applicable service charges may not be refundable.

Tutor Cancellation

Tutors should provide advance notice before cancelling any confirmed tuition assignment.

Repeated cancellations may result in suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Platform Cancellation

HomeTutorCare reserves the right to cancel any booking if:

• Incorrect information is submitted.
• Fraudulent activity is detected.
• Payment issues occur.
• Tutor verification fails.
• The request violates our policies.

Force Majeure

Neither HomeTutorCare nor tutors shall be responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, internet outages, or public emergencies.
